Ingredients:
- 10-12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 scoop TNM protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored — your choice)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- Dark chocolate chips or melted chocolate (optional topping)
- Crushed nuts, sea salt flakes, or coconut flakes (optional garnish)
Directions:
- Prepare the dates:
Slice each Medjool date lengthwise on one side and remove the pit. Be careful not to cut all the way through. - Make the filling:
In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and protein powder until smooth. - Stuff the dates:
Use a small spoon to stuff each date with the peanut butter-protein filling. - Add toppings (optional):
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the stuffed dates.
- Sprinkle with crushed nuts, sea salt flakes, or coconut flakes for extra texture and flavour.
- Chill (optional):
Place stuffed dates in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up, especially if you added melted chocolate.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage (they’re delicious straight from the freezer too!).
