Peanut Butter Protein Stuffed Dates

Servings: 8-10 stuffed dates

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 scoop TNM protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or unflavored — your choice)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Dark chocolate chips or melted chocolate (optional topping)
  • Crushed nuts, sea salt flakes, or coconut flakes (optional garnish)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the dates:
    Slice each Medjool date lengthwise on one side and remove the pit. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
  2. Make the filling:
    In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter and protein powder until smooth.
  3. Stuff the dates:
    Use a small spoon to stuff each date with the peanut butter-protein filling.
  4. Add toppings (optional):
    • Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the stuffed dates.
    • Sprinkle with crushed nuts, sea salt flakes, or coconut flakes for extra texture and flavour.
  5. Chill (optional):
    Place stuffed dates in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up, especially if you added melted chocolate.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage (they’re delicious straight from the freezer too!).
