Refund policy

If your product is unopened, then we will happily return or exchange it for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Just contact us, and we will be happy to process your return, less shipping and handling, and a 15% restocking fee.

If you have already opened the product, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened food product, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
