Creamy Tomato Soup with 24g of Protein – No Added Texture or Flavour!
This cozy tomato soup is made with whole, roasted veggies and a secret protein boost—our Unflavoured Protein Powder adds 24g of protein per serving, without changing the taste or texture. It’s that versatile.
Ingredients:
• 1 onion, quartered
• 4–5 large tomatoes, quartered
• A handful of cherry tomatoes
• 1 whole garlic bulb
• A few sprigs of thyme
• Avocado or olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• 2 scoops of The Nourish Market Unflavoured Protein Powder
• 1–2 cups broth or water
• Optional: fresh basil to garnish
Directions:
1. Toss onion, garlic, tomatoes & thyme in oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Roast at 425°F for ~25 mins until blistered and soft.
3. Cool slightly, then blend roasted veg.
4. Pour into a pot, add broth/water and 2 scoops of protein powder. Stir well.
5. Season to taste, garnish with fresh basil & enjoy!
