Strawberry & Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 scoop The Nourish Market Vanilla Protein Powder

1-2 tbsp hemp seeds

1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup mango (fresh or frozen)

*Optional: handful of spinach

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients, except for your protein powder, into a high powered blender and blend to desired consistency. Once blended, add scoop of protein powder and blend for a few seconds until mixed.

Psst!! Over blending protein powder can make a smoothie too bubbly and frothy! Don't skip this step!
