Sugar Cookie Protein Balls

These are a low sugar, high protein, gluten and dairy free alternative to sugar cookies! These bring me back to decorating cookies with my sisters at Grammas house over the holidays.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup cashew butter (cashew butter gives the most neutral taste, rather than peanut or almond)

1/2 cup coconut flour

2 scoops TNM Vanilla Protein Powder

1/2 cup honey

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional (but highly recommended!): sprinkles

 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except your sprinkles until it forms a dough. Use a cookie scoop or roll into balls. Add sprinkles on top and enjoy!
