Overnight Oatmeal with added protein powder and apples.

Vanilla Protein Caramel Apple Overnight Oats

Makes 2 servings

 

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1 ½ cups oat milk (or milk of choice)

2 scoops The Nourish Market Vanilla Protein Powder

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 small apple, diced (for topping)

2 tablespoons crushed nuts (walnuts or pecans work best)

1–2 teaspoons caramel sauce (to drizzle on top)

 

Directions:

-In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, oat milk, The Nourish Market Vanilla Protein Powder,

applesauce, chia seeds, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir until well mixed.

-Divide mixture evenly into two jars or containers.

-Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

-When ready to serve, top with diced apple, crushed nuts, and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Enjoy cold or warm it up for a cozy fall breakfast.
