Simple and clean ingredients, delicious flavour, and it comes with great recipes if you want to change it up or if you are someone like me who has a sweet tooth. First off I was thrilled to find a protein powder that is not dairy based as ive become unable to digest those well. So for that alone this gets five stars. Plant based powders disgust me as well.
The natural flavour on its own with water its def not my fabourite BUT I made a protein shake with it and other ingredients and had to stick it in the fridge for a bit before I could drink it and came back to find i had a lovely pudding! Ha. Its now one of my favourite ways to have it.
I’m going to add here that the Vanilla and Chocolate flavours are delicious as well.
